Council-Wide Recruitment Day

Join Scouting America units from across the Heart of New England Council for the Council-Wide Recruitment Day. This is a simple but powerful opportunity for every Pack, Troop, Crew, and Ship to help introduce more families to the adventure, leadership, and lifelong benefits of Scouting.

Participation is easy! We encourage units to be visible in their hometowns by setting up an information table, participating in a community event, hosting an open house, conducting a service project, marching in a parade, or simply engaging with families in a public space. The goal is to showcase Scouting and invite new youth and families to join the movement.

Every conversation matters. By working together on the same day, we can create excitement about Scouting throughout our communities and help more youth discover everything Scouting America has to offer.

Be visible. Be welcoming. Be recruiting. Together, let’s grow Scouting across our council!
