DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, November 7\, 2026\nTreasure Valley Scout Reservation\n$15 per person | Lunch & Special Event Patch Included \nTVEX – The Treasure Valley Experience is making its return for the first time since 2019\, and we are excited to welcome back the very popular Woodsman Weekend! \nThis one-day event will bring the excitement of Treasure Valley to life with a variety of activities throughout camp. Participants will have the opportunity to experience Range & Target Activities\, visit the animals at The Farm\, climb our COPE Tower\, and take part in fall-themed Scoutcraft activities\, including fire making\, apple cider donut making\, and more! \nBring a friend! Fall is recruitment time so bring a friend and show them all Scouting has to offer. We encourage unit attendance but individuals are welcome as well. \nTroops interested in making a weekend out of the experience are able to rent campsites for the weekend. Please note that the Woodsman Weekend participation fee is not included with a campsite rental and each participant must register separately for the event. \nWoodsman Weekend is a day event hosted by the Treasure Valley Camp Staff (Venture Crew 2254) alongside Treasure Valley alumni and volunteers. \nWe are excited to welcome everyone back to Treasure Valley for what should be a fantastic fall event. DESCRIPTION:Where: Treasure Valley Scout Reservation \nCost: $100.00 \nTURKEY SHOOT 2026 – REGISTRATION OPENS OCTOBER 1st\nTHIS IS A DAY EVENT ONLY! Units will participate in one (1) half day session only. \nOvernight camping opportunities \nIf your unit plans to camp\, you should book a site ASAP as we anticipate the 10 available sites will go quickly. Campsites are $50 each – MAKE A CAMPSITE RESERVATION. \nRegistration opens October 1st at 11:00am\nShooting session times are as follows: \nThere are TWELVE slots per session\, consisting of 60 scout shooters. \nSession 1 Saturday 11/21 8:00am to 11:30am\nSession 2 Saturday 11/21 12:30 to 4:00pm\nSession 3 Sunday 11/22 8:00am to 11:30am\nSession 4 Sunday 11/22 12:30 to 4:00pm \nImportant Registration Information!! \n\nOne ticket registers five (5) Scouts and the cost is $100 per ticket. Units can book up to two (2) tickets for a total of 10 spots for their Scouts.\nThis event is for Scouts\, BSA youth only! Cub Scouts\, Webelos and Arrow of Lights will be not able to participate. \nThere will be no refunds for no shows or partial groups. You are welcome to invite scouts from another unit to fill your patrol(s).\nCheck-in for the Turkey Shoot will be at the Council Office conference room and must be done by the unit leader once the entire patrol has arrived. If your roster has changed since the final submission\, please note the changes at check in.\nCheck in logistics will be sent out with the welcome email 48 hours prior to the event.\nWinners will be announced at the end of each session.
